WHAT DO OUR BAKING COURSES INCLUDE?
Our bakery workshops are private courses or small groups of people who want to approach this world. We like to work in an intimate and convivial way with our students to guarantee a correct learning, not only of the bread making methods but also of what is the world of leavened products in general. Each workshop focuses on a different topic that you want to address.
The choice of our bakery courses includes:
- BAKING SORDOUGH BREAD
- BAKING WITH DIRECT METHODS (with brewer’s yeast)
- BAKING WITH INDIRECT METHODS (biga and poolish)
